MarilynK Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 I just finished reading a book on how successful people think differently, and one of the things that was mentioned is that your subconscious prefers a countdown as opposed to completion amount, so as of today I have 3 more weeks to go. I'm surprised at how easy it was to finish the first week. Not easy, easy, but definitely not as hard as I thought. I think that is due to the fact that I am not skimping on fats and make sure that I have enough protein at every meal. No veggie only meals, otherwise hunger will come really quickly.
