jwnag071790 Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 I just realized that I drank a tea bag a few days ago from The Republic of Tea that was a Honey Ginseng Tea. I checked the ingredient list and all that is listed is china green tea, linden flowers, pollen, eleuthero, panax ginseng and natural flavor. I'm currently on Day 9 and I know that honey isn't listed but I'm assuming it's in there if it's called Honey Ginseng Tea? This is my first Whole30 and I want to make sure I do it right!
