Tough Day but made the right choices

It was a very long, aggravating, stressful day.  Grateful I brought a hearty breakfast to work, as I never even had a minute to think about lunch.  As I drove home, all I kept thinking was how a glass or 2 of wine and a something quick and easy for dinner, like pizza, would have been perfect.  Then I continued that thought with but no, not tonite.  I was determined to be strong, fight the stress-eating/drinking demon and stick with the plan.  If I didn't, my day would be a total loss and I just could not let that happen.  I came home, made some herbal tea, and put together a pot of compliant soup.  Had that with a big salad with everything  (compliant) in it, and topped it off with Well Fed 2's ginger dressing.  I'm full, satisfied, and feeling strong.  I made the right choices in a potentially disaster-filled evening.  Yay me!!
