Great start

B/fast 2 eggs with 1 1/2 cups spinach and a teaspoon coconut oil

Lunch - mince. Spinach, onion mushrooms garlic ginger garlic lemongrass saute together

Glass pure coconut water

Dinner sweet potatoe hash ( onion garlic grated sweet potato cinamon and tumeric) pork sausages ( homemade with basil,garlic oregano)

30 minutes walking, 10 minutes weights

Day 2

Breakfast same as yesterday

100 nitrate, sugar free ham

Lunch grated sweet potato, onion and garlic sauted, added 2 cups spinach. With home made pork and herbed meatballs

Coconut water

Barramundi, scallops and prawns in a coconut chilli sauce with zucchini spirrals. 1 mango

I was feeling hungry this morning so grabbed a little snack.

1 hour pilates, 20 minutes walking.

Day 3 & 4

Still sticking to it

The feeling of wanting something sweet is passing, there was a plate of cookies and salted caramel brownies, but wasn't even tempted. :)

Breakfast on both days, eggs and spinach.

Lunch is left overs from the night before.

Cooked a big lamb leg so can have when i need a compliant snack and easy meals, especiallly when stuck in traffic like last night!!!

Up to day 7 and still going strong. Feeling great, headaches now gone and not even having cravings any more. I have more energy and look forward to working out.

I have been waking up so early, 4:30am!!! At least i can fit in my work outs now!

Looking forward to what next week brings :)
