I started January 26th (yesterday) and so far so good I am a 27 year old school social worker, and I am looking for a change in my diet and to just feel generally better! I am tired of feeling tired all the time and craving sugar/salts/anything. I've read It Starts With Food and totally jumped on board. I had a big trip planned last week, so put off my start date until this week. I am so looking forward to this journey, the highs and the lows, and getting to know some of you along the way.
