Chris B Posted January 31, 2015 Share Posted January 31, 2015 Hey! My name is Chris and my fiance and I are starting Whole 30 tomorrow Feb 1. We are figuring out our meal plan and about to go grocery shopping. We are a little nervous because we did a pretty strict Paleo Diet in the past and we always chuckle when we read the Whole 30 "What to expect" article because those things happened to us on the Paleo Diet. After awhile, we started incorporating a "cheat day" into our diet. Then, a cheat day became cheat week, then became cheat month. We are excited to be here and excited to reset the way we eat.
