abarbs Posted February 2, 2015 Share Posted February 2, 2015 Good morning! Finished 1st whole 30 July/2014, second started Oct 2014 but only went 20 days. My husband and I are planning a trip the month of march to SE Asia, and I would like to get some struggles with IBS symptoms under control prior to the trip. This winter did a number on me with eating whatever I wanted for the most part, and I'm feeling the repercussions. So this is technically my 2nd whole30. M1: 2 scrambled eggs, slice avocado, yellow peppers/onions all sautéed in coconut oil, greens w/vinegar/olive oil, topped with hot sauce. M2: plan on making chili, with side of greens. M3: plan: roasted brussel sprouts, baked chicken thighs, green salad with olives/tomato/onions Things I am doing differently this time: Exercising more regularly, and watching portion sizes. I am looking for better results on the IBS symptoms this time, and I think too much protein was the problem before.
