I've been mentally gearing up for a week and I am excited to have taken my first "steps" with the program. Two things I noticed right away: 1) Prepping for meals takes a LOT more time than I had anticipated. 2) I am amazed in my discovery of how much sugar was part of my morning routine. Jenn1270 Posted February 2, 2015 Share Posted February 2, 2015 You sure can do this!! Prepping is KEY for this and it does take a while, but once you get in the routine, you get the hang of it! I followed Well Fed's prep guide at first like a bible, and now I don't even need it but it sure did help me out at first. Also so many people on this board had great advice for prepping different things- I spend a good portion of my Sunday prepping for my week, that way I don't get "caught" without a compliant meal ever!!
