I CAN do this!

 

I start tomorrow, but have been mentally and physically prepping for two weeks. What will I miss? COFFEE! GUM! WINE! Those will be my hard-to-let-go foods...

 

What am I going to GAIN? I'm hoping all the wonderful things others describe - better sleep, more energy, less food cravings and maybe shed a pound or two along the way.

 

My husband and coworker are joining me on this journey...

 

I'm prepped, I'm ready...

 

I CAN DO THIS!
