Tracey21C
Ok. So I am totally new at this. Never been on a forum before and 1st time on whole 30. Had a few false starts so officially started 16 Feb 2015. My few false starts taught me that I need to be prepared. Having my breakfast ready for work days (I train in the morning) and lunch made for work make all the difference in good choices. 4 days in and I just had my 1st meal out. Grilled chicken and salad. Thought I did pretty well. No dressing on the salad and olive oil used for the chicken. Focusing on my protein and fat as carbs ruled my life so making sure I am getting enough. Weight loss is a goal so keeping the fats to the lower side of things. Anyway, so far, so good. fingers crossed I can keep this up
Jensamom23
I just began yesterday as well. I am trying to prep the majority of my food once a week. That way I won't run into the age old, "there is nothing to eat, so I'll make a stop at the drive-thru" excuses! Good luck and stick with it. You CAN do this!
