gerking1980 Posted March 10, 2015 Share Posted March 10, 2015 I started Whole30 two days ago, but just found this forum today. I am doing this to finally kick some of my habits. The things is, my partner and I already eat very carb reduced, little to no sugar, including fruits and legumes. Basically we've been on and off Paleo for years and years. I want to do this primarily to cut out all the alcohol and FINALLY cut all the other things out. I don't have sugar cravings, nor carb blowouts but I want to challenge myself for this time period. I am optimistic and so ready! I have done the 21 day sugar detox, and hoping I can make it for the full 30 days! EEEK!
