Kristyn Posted March 23, 2015 Share Posted March 23, 2015 Hi everyone! I'm joining the forum late but today is day 15 of my first whole 30. I'm proud of myself for sticking to the program and making it to the half way mark. I've already seen improvements in how I feel and in my relationship with food but I haven't seen much difference in other areas that I was hoping for (clearer skin and weight loss). Nonetheless I will continue to keep pushing forward, stay patient, and enjoy the process. For the next 15 days, along with continuing to eat clean, I want to refocus my efforts on getting enough sleep (7-8 hours per night), managing stress, and eating enough throughout the day. Over the past week, I have been guilty of skipping breakfast a few times due to a busy and stressful work week but I'm ready to get back on track! I'm ready to finish my Whole30 off strong!
