My first Whole30!

Hi everyone!


I'm joining the forum late but today is day 15 of my first whole 30. :D I'm proud of myself for sticking to the program and making it to the half way mark. I've already seen improvements in how I feel and in my relationship with food but I haven't seen much difference in other areas that I was hoping for (clearer skin and weight loss). Nonetheless I will continue to keep pushing forward, stay patient, and enjoy the process.


For the next 15 days, along with continuing to eat clean, I want to refocus my efforts on getting enough sleep (7-8 hours per night), managing stress, and eating enough throughout the day. Over the past week, I have been guilty of skipping breakfast a few times due to a busy and stressful work week but I'm ready to get back on track!


I'm ready to finish my Whole30 off strong!
