Cassie87 Posted March 26, 2015 Share Posted March 26, 2015 Hi I am Cassie, and Im starting 3/30. I figure if Im going to do I need to tell someone because I wont commit otherwise. I have done the Paleo diet and I am generally in good health but I know that I am addicted to sugar (I love ice cream and turn to it in every life crisis). I need to reconfigure my eating habits and taste buds. I also have minor health issues with my stomach that I feel are caused by my eating. I am going to need all the help I can get!!! Oh and did I mention I have a 2 and 4 year old who make it a little difficult to avoid crappy food. So please send out positive vibes! Looking forward to the positive life changing experience! I've been eating more Atkins-style low carb, but think I may have problems with either dairy, artificial sweeteners, or alcohol. (or maybe all 3!) i need a 30 day reboot!
