I didn't have fresh apples on hand so I used apple sauce and mixed all the salsa ingredients together (minus the honey) and then poured it over the pork before I put it in the oven. One of my first whole30 recipe successes I don't really like raw veggies so I dumbed the salsa over mine and let it cook for the last 10 minutes that the pork chops were in the oven.
