Sarah T Posted April 8, 2015 Share Posted April 8, 2015 I know I have a week, but I'm starting this now so that I can hold myself accountable. I am struggling. I'm not eating badly, I'm exercising, and yet I'm gaining weight. I feel lousy, I'm somewhat depressed, and oh I'm nursing a running injury. Ugh. I have company coming for the weekend who leaves Tuesday, which is why I'm starting next Wednesday. This will be my fourth W30. I have never read ISWF, strangely.
