Whole30, plus some...

Whole30 + 2 days. Decided to introduce dairy first.


Yesterday I was so excited to have milk in my coffee. Raw, organic, clean-as-can-be-milk with full cream on top. In my coffee. Before the cup of coffee was down I was in the bathroom. And over and over through the morning. Back to coconut cream in my second cup.


It was just a fluke, I said. It couldn't be. So I tried again today. It wasn't a fluke, and my suspicions are confirmed. Milk is not my friend. (sigh)


Have not tried yogurt or significant amounts of cheese, etc. Don't know how that will go.
