Started today

So far so good....I'm almost through day 1. I think the weekend is going to be the hardest when I'm  out and about & away from home......hopefully with a lot of planning I can be in control of what I am eating. I can be a bit impulsive, and am definitely an emotional eater. That's going to be the hardest part. However, going to do this one day at a time & make it to my 30 days :D
