I have successfully completed a Whole30 once before. It felt amazing! I lost 11 pounds. My skin cleared up. My aches and pains vanished. You all know the drill on that stuff. I felt so terrific it's hard for me to fathom how I allowed myself to slip back to "the old ways." But I did. And in the last few months, I have started W30 multiple times, but have lasted only at best 12 days (most attempts, only a day or less). But today, I add tools that help me be more likely to succeed. Because change is hard. And I need to set myself up for success. My health (and by extension my happiness) is JOB ONE for September.

Breakfast: Mild italian sausage over sauted greens, with a few baby carrots. Coffee w/ coconut milk.

Lunch: Two eggs over-easy, small bowl fresh pineapple, three baby cucumbers with guacamole dip. Kind of random, but I found myself kind of short on ingredients.
