Tonk Posted April 27, 2015 Share Posted April 27, 2015 Hi everyone, I'm just completing my first week. I've learned a few surprising things this week. The biggest is that nobody cares or even notices what you eat at a birthday party or when you're out with your friends. I navigated both of these situations this week with no problem. I brough celery with almond butter as a bring-to to my sisters birthday party and munched on those. I passed up the pigs in a blanket and the cupcakes and no one even noticed!! All this time, I thought I was eating at special occasions because I didn't want to be a freak or stand out as different. And no one even noticed!! That's a life changer! I was at a dinner party last week and brought my own food. Got quite a few questions about what I was doing, why I was eating my own food, etc. No big deal really, though.
