I felt pretty good and lost a few lbs along the way; however, it wasn't long before the old habits crept back in. Now my weight is creeping back up, I'm experiencing joint pain again, I have little energy and I am not motivated to do anything. I've decided to commit to another Whole 30 to get back on track!!
