roryc1984 Posted April 27, 2015 Share Posted April 27, 2015 Hi everyone, I'm Rosemary and I will be starting my first Whole 30 this week on May 1. I have spent the last couple of weeks reading up and preparing myself for this major change. I have horrible eating habits and I have a feeling that I have food sensitivities that I am unaware of.
