mkwinter Posted April 28, 2015 Share Posted April 28, 2015 So I will be starting tomorrow, April 28th. I am ready to have a healthy relationship with food. For years I have been a typical yo-yo dieter for years. Weight Watchers has always been my diet of choice and I have done well for the most part. However, after 2 1/2s vegan I started to suddenly crave meat and have a difficult time getting my eating focused and healthy again. I ahve gained about 10 extra pounds and worry too much about food. I look forward to the Whole30 where I can develop a healthy relationship without tracking every morsel I eat. I look forward to support from this community!
