JackieME Posted May 2, 2015 Share Posted May 2, 2015 Hi everyone! This is my first whole 30 and I'm on day 2. Anyone else on day 2? or the first week? I did okay yesterday but last night had some issues with really wanting to quit because I just really wanted my usual sugary night time junk food. I wasn't hungry, just wanted it. But I went to bed early and am hanging in there. Hopefully, day 2 won't be too bad, so far so good. I'm a mom of 2 little ones and I really want to teach them healthy eating habits/healthy lifestyle.
