Alyson Leahy Posted September 3, 2012 Share Posted September 3, 2012 Tonight I made sweet and sour sauce using only pineapple juice, tomato sauce, fresh garlic, white vinegar, ginger, and salt and pepper. No ketchup or white sugar...and it was delicious! Made some tilapia with coconut aminos and seseme seeds, then steamed some veggies and added water chestnuts for a whole30 compliant Chinese feast (I'm technically done with my second whole30, and rice would've tasted great smothered in homemade sweet and sour...but there was none in the house, lol).
