LuckyLizard
With 2 miscarriages over the past 18 months of trying to conceive I'm so happy to announce I'm pregnant. With that being said, I feel like my recent Diagnosis of severe vitamin D deficiency which lead to some major dietary changes and my first whole30 has made this all possible. I'm now at a point where my appetite has left me and I can't stomach most of the food I've been eating the past 3+ weeks. Is there shame in quitting now to incorporate some more tolerable foods? Or do I hang on for the next week and pray for it to pass quickly? My meal plan has already gone out the window but I've stuck to compliant veggies and fruit though very small quantities. Any thoughts? Tips? Help?
