TEA!  If you like green tea that would be the best.  Also you can infuse water with fruits, veggies, or herbs to spice up the flavor.  I don't like drinking water all day and this helped me a ton.  Also coconut water is good for a pick-me-up, just make sure that they haven't added any sugar or additives to it.  This is Day 1 for me too.  Good Luck!
