BecsWag Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 TEA! If you like green tea that would be the best. Also you can infuse water with fruits, veggies, or herbs to spice up the flavor. I don't like drinking water all day and this helped me a ton. Also coconut water is good for a pick-me-up, just make sure that they haven't added any sugar or additives to it.
