Day 27 - home stretch

I feel AMAZING !!! This has been the best thing I have ever done for my body. I have to admit

I feel a little anxious for the next phase. I have done so well it almost feels like I will screw things

up by adding different foods back into my meals. I know if I add good, wholesome homecooked

stuff back in I shouldn't have a problem but I feel like if I have just one bowl of ice cream or one

cookie it will start back down a bad road. Things taste so much better now, maybe the things I

thought were good before will actually taste bad now ?

  I downloaded It Starts With Food last night, hoping that will keep my mind clear on what I need

to do to stay healthy.
