Just getting around to checking out the forum since I have spent the last week shopping, browning meat and grilling veggies. No, just kidding. Although the meal prep is time consuming I am pretty used to it since I am always cooking for a crowd. My husband is jumping on the band wagon too. edgymama Posted May 29, 2015 Share Posted May 29, 2015 Day 12 here too (also started on the 18th!) this has been really easy for me thus far! I think because I had gone gluten free before for doctor testing so that wasn't too big a shock for me, eating only 3 times a day and having so much protein, fat, and veggies however; was way different and an AWESOME kind of different for me.
