SallyEarl Posted May 27, 2015 Share Posted May 27, 2015 I have some family functions on the weekend, so I am starting the following Tuesday, June 2nd. I have tried to eat healthier on my own after being told my triglycerides are elevated, I did okay, but I wasn't consistent.
