My sister is cheering me on saying I have completed 20% of the Whole30 I continue to have clear then foggy moments. It is what it is. One of my coworkers asked me "How is it that you continue to look younger and younger when I see you?" Now that's a compliment I have been tempted to step on that scale but haven't.
