RachCof Posted June 8, 2015 Share Posted June 8, 2015 I will be traveling to and in Richmond, Va over days 9 through 12 of my whole30 challenge ( Thursday - Sunday ) I will be at a convention most of Friday and Saturday and traveling the other days I need advice on how to prep - I have a Whole Foods in Charlotte, Nc which is an hour away if I need something from there-- do they have a bars I see people posting? There will be some eating out at least one place I don't choose for a graduation dinner. I heard Magginos. I don't want to cheat and have no desire to because I am doing this to help find the root cause of my autoimmune disease. There is a Maggiano's in Short Pump, where there is also a Whole Foods, so you could stock up on stuff there.
