I'm generally a healthy eater, lots of organic meats and eggs, healthy fats like coconut oil and avocado and nuts, and a ton of fruits and veggies, but I'm a ***CHOCOLATE ADDICT!!!*** and need to break that cycle. I don't eat fast food, no soda, I don't as a rule eat processed/boxed foods 95% of the time. Basically, I eat very well and am very active with hiking, backpacking, kayaking, yoga, swimming, etc. I just need to get the sugar monster off my back (in the form of dark chocolate) I have a large veggie garden and a wonderful local farmer's market, so right now is the time for me to kick the sugar habit and detox myself and get going on the right track. I have so many fresh fruits and veggies and organic foods on hand this time of year, no excuse to not make the best of it Looking forward to this journey, and hope others can join me and we can do this together Andi Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
