I have: 1) Told my friends and family about the Whole 30 2) Planned my month 3) Used up or thrown out all my "non-whole30 food" 4) Gone shopping and planned my meals for this week 5) Have healthy food in the refrigerator! 6) Committed on the Whole30 website!
