Archijen Posted June 15, 2015 Share Posted June 15, 2015 Well, it has been a rough road but not insurmountable with the right planning! I have attended 3 day conferences, golf tournaments and a lot of lunches and cocktails parties in 30 days. I have taken food and just flat chosen not to eat sometimes! In my business, the alcohol is ever present - so I've had my fair share of seltzer water over last 4 weeks. It's not easy, it's choice! My scale has felt lonely which was one of the toughest parts for me. However.... My belt needed new loops so my husband drilled it. I feel good and don't really have any cravings at this point. I do get hungry, but it's new feeling for me. I needed to know what hunger was as compared to a craving- it had been a while. I need to do the reintroduction carefully and will do the intro one thing and wait 3 days diligently. 30 days was A LOT to now throw in the towel all together.
