Jazz_Hands
Hi everyone! My name is Kate, and I'm a Los Angeles local.. I decided to start my Whole 30 the day after the American Independence Day because I don't want to set myself up for failure since I figured that those bbqs teeming with with corn on the cob, sangria, and cherry pie would be FAR too tempting for me while I'm smack in the middle of the notoriously difficult first week of the Whole 30! I'll be looking around the forums between now and then in order to prepare myself, and trying to start working more Whole 30 compliant food into my diet so that it won't be as much of a shock when I go all-in. Is there anything that you found helped you prepare when you kicked off your 30 days? Thanks!
jessicalangley
Every flavor of LaCroix out there and definitely have stuff pre-made if you work long hours. If you have time to cook it's no big deal. I also bought a veggetti (as seen on TV plastic veggie spiraler), which was a life saver. Also, if you like Larabars, they are a real lifesaver in emergencies.
