Nervous for this but my friend swears by it! I am hoping to get my emotional eating and craving under control. It's been a tough year and I have been eating junk for far to long. I have two people in my life that think it's dumb that I am doing this and said "I don't need to go on a diet" and "I can't go without drinking for this long".. I want to show myself and them that I can. Help!
