It just felt amazing to walk around the farmers market and grocery store feeling strong and energetic. I didn't feel exhausted and lethargic like I did every other Saturday morning. I didn't even look twice at the food I used to buy and my bags were so full at the farmers market I could barely make it back to the car. This feeling is priceless. Thank you. Thank you.
