I have decided to jump on the Whole30 bandwagon as a way to reboot my system and clear out the garbage. 

I'm Amanda, by the way, and for introductory purposes, I'm using the Whole30 plan to break free from my binge-eating habits. I used to be Paleo and a lot more strict but then I fell through between the Hashimoto's, PCOS, and a mood disorder at large, and finally, I'm taking the correct steps to right this problem. 


I am starting as of tomorrow, since my kitchen is already largely supplied towards Whole30 (from Paleo cooking.) I'm nervous but largely motivated by all the success stories I've been reading.
