I just finished reading, 'IT STARTS WITH FOOD' today and about halfway through reading it I decided that this was something I wanted to do and needed to do for myself. I am fairly healthy, but I don't sleep well each night, I experience seasonal allergies and I just don't eat the greatest food all the time. A friend of mine has done the Whole30 twice and is currently doing it for the third time. She has nothing but positive things to say about it and I've seen the changes it has made in her life. I'm a little anxious about it, but I'm excited at the same time. I'm ready to start eating healthier and being a better, healthier me. Bring it on Whole30!!
