I added nearly all of the the cooking liquid and its still seems more like the consistency of a a pureed soup and less like the ketchup from the book. I don't love the taste either. Ljmurray Posted September 1, 2015 Share Posted September 1, 2015 I made the one from ISWF. Added some apple juice in addition to the applesauce.
