Nicolle110 Posted August 23, 2015 Share Posted August 23, 2015 I've tried a few times to do this and so far 4 days has been the longest stretch. I have been reducing my carbs, dairy and avoiding sugar regularly. The stretch for me will be no wine and staying the course for over a week! I need to do this and I want to. Every time I pray this time will be different. Family dinners are the hardest and being at work with coworkers who love to SNACK. ( on bad stuff) is a challenge especially when they leave food out ( looking like a buffet) and there is no way to avoid walking past it. I can do this! . Starting today. I look forward to reading all the success stories and helpful hints. Happy for all of you who have completed the challenge and those who are still on their way! Happy whole 30 Sunday!
