August 26th is Day 1 for my FIRST Whole30!

Started today after reading both books to prepare.  Hoping to clear up some skin issues and wouldn't mind losing a few pounds.  Have some friends who are doing either a Whole30 or a detox program all around the same time.  Making compliant dinners so hubs and sons can experience the yummy food and also in hopes of eventually having them do a Whole30.  Hubs and #2 have thyroid issues and #3 has food pollen syndrome and spring allergies/asthma.  Would love to see a reduction in symptoms, medicines required or any combination thereof!
