Here we go...

 

i think I'm as ready as I'm going to be! Tomorrow will be day number 1 and I think my husband and I are mentally prepared to have a successful Whole 30. I believe that I have adequately prepared with meal planning and prepping food also.

I just finished packing our meals for the work day tomorrow. Chopped extra veggies and took out meat to defrost for tomorrow too.

Here's to killing our Sugar Dragons!

Day One for me.   I've done 30 days of "prep" time - eliminating most no-nos, but still eating things like white rice and butter and some processed foods like regular mayo and ketchup.

 

So today is Day One of my real Whole 30.  Yesterday, I cleaned out the refrigerator and pantry of non-Whole 30 foods and restocked with real food.

 

I can do this.... I can... I really can.  (my mantra for the next 30 days) :)
