i am on day 2. I almost did a whole 30 but made it to 24 and oh boy did I regret the way I ended that first go around

What I discovered is that breads and sugars are ruling and ruining my well being. When I've removed and ate three meals a day wow clarity.

I'm back. I hope I lose weight. I got about 25 lbs to lose.
