Marhall Posted September 8, 2015 Share Posted September 8, 2015 Hi Everyone, Yes I know its a few weeks away, but to tell you the truth, I didn't realize the prep that had to go into it. I ordered the book yesterday, and bought some basics on line for the pantry. Mind you, yesterday and today I have ate to the guidelines, and intend to keep doing so.
