Started yesterday

I have done a 60 day strict paleo, but this is my first Whole30. I am doing this to reset my health and get back into doing Crossfit regularly. Yesterday was Day 0 I guess, but I'd like to call it Day 1 because I did the whole day. I am heading to the box at noon and looking forward to being disciplined and getting through 30 days of clean living. Wine is going to be the tough part for me, but I plan to push through. Staying away from temptation for the next week or so. Any great tips or advice is greatly appreciated!
