Newbie starting tomorrow September 21st!

So tomorrow I start this thing! I'm pretty excited as I have followed a similar plan but it was only 10 days. I did Dr. Mark Hyman's 10 day detox. Main difference being that Dr. Hyman's involved no caffeine which I struggled with. I love that I can have coffee with this plan. I drink black coffee anyway so I'm fine with that aspect. I am most concerned with getting through Canadian Thanksgiving which is coming up on the 12th of October. I have two family meals to attend. Yikes!!
