I read the book "It begins with Food" in English, but then, I could understand much more when I found this book in German. I load it up on my Kindl, too. Now, I am back in Germany and think, it would be easier, if there were German members, and we could exchange things we aren't sure with. Tomorrow, 25th of September, I begin with Whole30!I think, it will be a little bit easier for me, because I practice Low Carb since 16th of June.
