Jim TI Posted September 17, 2012 Share Posted September 17, 2012 Today was day one on the Whole30. I'm thinking I should have started on a different day. Today is my long bike workout day and not having any carbs was and is a tough thing. I am completely exhausted and all I can think about is having a couple of Clif bars or some pasta! I know that I will be going through withdrawals from no sugar and carbs, and I will get through it because I know it is the best thing to do! Now to get my shopping list ready for tomorrow.
