Sleep

I have had increasingly poor sleep for the last 15 years. I always awake early, usually too early and can't return to sleep. I have resorted to prescription medications which I still take in very low dose. The dramatic change this week is that I am sleeping much longer, better and go back to sleep if I awake too early. It is such a luxury and sets me up with steady, strong energy for the day. To me it is a miracle! If it lasts and I experience no other changes, I'll still be enormously grateful to Whole 30 and my daughter who brought it to me.

This is great to read. So pleased for you. I have the same problem. No trouble getting to sleep but wake several times in the early hours and often one of those wake I T's lasts 2 or 3 hours. Really hopeful Whole 30 will sort this. ( only on day2). How long did it take for you to notice the change?
